Food from Aquatic Resources

The focus of research is the search and identification of interesting substances from marine resources. In addition to researching appropriate properties, the required technologies for obtaining these target substances are also being developed. The aim is to develop new formulations and application options, e.g. in the "clean label" area to cover the entire value chain right through to the finished product.
